swordfish with kohlrabi, grapefruit & dry vermouth
chicken with artichokes, sweet corn & foie gras sauce
kentucky beef brisket with jimmy nardello peppers & eggplant

fourth course
black currant sorbet with vanilla & hazelnuts
egg yolk ice cream with pears, spicebush & buckwheat
